OUR MISSION

Teckel AI is at the radical forefront of observability for enterprise AI chat systems, built for both engineers and non-technical product experts. We believe that when it comes to AI garbage in means garbage out, and the key to reliable output is improving the ground truth that powers it.

Born from firsthand experience building enterprise software and AI systems at massive organizations, we saw firsthand how legacy enterprise-wide knowledge management systems were clearly not built for agents to use properly. Knowledge gaps, dated and conflicting documentation, relevant document retrieval issues, and a general lack of insight into how agents are actually answering user questions are all problems we faced.

Although our product team maintained accurate documentation over our platforms, we had no visibility into what users were asking the company wide AI chatbot about us, and had no control over the information the AI system was referencing from other parties and was using to respond to users in production! This huge disconnect between us as experts who know our systems best and the AI chat agents people increasingly lean on for support launched our mission.
